Prices are list prices, tax included: an international price in US dollars and the Indian price in rupees. Your store shows your local price before you confirm. You choose a plan in the OpenAlly app: on Android, Google Play bills it; on a Mac in India, checkout runs through Razorpay; on a Mac outside India, contact us and our team arranges the plan with you.
Yearly plans keep the same daily limits and cost about ten months' price for a full year. Max yearly is sold by our team rather than an app store; talk to sales to get it, or ask on WhatsApp. Hosted apps are for apps you build with App Builder, and a hosted address is what keeps one up while your device sleeps. A page that reads your live catalogue is served by your own device instead, and that stays free.

App Builder is free on every plan. You say what you want, OpenAlly writes a real web app and compiles it on your own phone or Mac, and it runs there while you keep changing it by asking. A plan buys the one thing a device cannot do: keep it up when the device is off.
Building, previewing and sharing from your own device are free. Keeping an app online at a hosted address, so it stays up while your device sleeps, is part of Premium.

Your stock, on a public page
Made from the Business app with no code and no chat: open an inventory, choose Web storefront, tap Create storefront. Bookings have a template of their own — Salon and appointments puts your services, your staff and real open times on a page customers book themselves.
- The page reads your live inventory, so a price or a stock change you make in Business shows on the shop with no rebuild. There is no second product list to keep in step.
- Cost and buying price never reach the page: both are stripped from every product before it is served, and an exact stock count shows only if you switch that on.
- A cart becomes a real order in your Business records. Stock is reserved as it commits, the customer is recorded, and your phone gets the ping.
- Orders arrive unpaid, on cash on delivery. You send a payment link afterwards from the Payments app, or by asking your agent. No page ever takes the money.
- Every shop also gets an admin page that opens only on your own device, for walk-in and phone orders. It can never be published, and no page it serves can change your catalogue.
- Putting your inventory on a public address is an owner action. An agent you delegate to can edit the page freely and still cannot repoint it at another catalogue or remove its checkout.
A page that reads your live catalogue is served by your own device, so it publishes free from an Android phone or a Mac. A hosted address is for a site that does not need the device.
Four ways to share it, and the one a plan changes
Preview it on the device
FreeIt runs on your phone or Mac, and the preview is the same on Android, iPhone and Mac. Nothing goes online by itself: what you build stays on your device until you choose how to share it.
Share it on your Wi-Fi
FreeA link anyone on your network can open, behind a token you control. It is plain HTTP, so treat it as a link for the room you are in rather than a private one.
Put it on the internet from your device
FreeOpenAlly Link gives the app a reserved address it keeps: three words the app works out for itself, the same after every republish, restart and reboot. Signed in, the app arranges the routing for you — no token to paste, no account of your own anywhere else. Your device serves it, so while the phone sleeps the address answers with a page saying so. Android and Mac.
Let OpenAlly host it
PremiumOpenAlly builds, uploads and serves the app itself, so it stays online when your device is off. You pick the name: on openally.shop, which carries OpenAlly's name for a customer reading a table card, or on mywebonline.store, which carries nobody's — and the name is held on both, so nobody can take the other spelling. 1 app on Plus, 3 on Pro, 5 on Ultra, 10 on Max.
One hosted app means one app, however many parts it publishes: a storefront and its admin screen together are one, not two. Ask for one more than your plan covers and OpenAlly says so plainly, names how many the plan grants and how many are in use, and gives you the two ways forward.
Give up an app's cloud hold and its place comes back for another app. The app and its files stay on your device either way.
A published link carries an access token by default. Turn on Open access in App Builder when you want the plain address to work for anyone — which is also what Web to App needs before it can package the app.
After it is live
Change it by asking
Tell your assistant what to move, add or rewrite. It edits the source, rebuilds, and the link you already shared serves the new build.
Snapshot, then restore
Take a labelled snapshot before a risky change and restore it in one tap. App Builder keeps versions of the source and the built output.
Your own photos and files
Upload them into the site and refer to them by address. They are served by every page and survive every rebuild.

They count cloud work, nothing else
The meter moves only while a model is working. Reading a reply, scrolling and deciding what to ask next cost nothing.
A fresh allowance each period
Credits refresh every billing period, with a daily ceiling so one runaway afternoon cannot empty the month. Unused plan credits do not carry over.
Unattended work has its own cap
Scheduled runs and channel replies can use up to the plan's automation credits each day, out of the same daily limit. When they reach it they pause, and chat keeps working.
Images have their own credits
Image generation draws on image credits, so a busy afternoon of pictures never touches your chat credits.

OpenAlly Miro is our own WhatsApp number, answered by OpenAlly's own AI agent. Ask which plan fits, what one covers, or how Max yearly works: it answers from the same live price list this page is built from, and once your WhatsApp number is linked to your account it can send a checkout link for the plans it sells in chat. Refunds and cancellations are never settled in the chat — it opens a ticket and hands the conversation over.
This is OpenAlly's own number, for help with OpenAlly. It is not the WhatsApp Business number you connect for your own customers, which is what every paid plan includes. No card, UPI or bank details are ever asked for in a chat: the checkout page is the only place anyone pays.

Can I try Premium before I pay?

What is a credit?
Credits are how OpenAlly cloud AI keeps count. A reply draws credits while a model works on it; reading the reply, scrolling and deciding what to ask next draw nothing. A long conversation or a hard task draws more than a short answer. Images draw on their own image credits, so pictures never touch your chat credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your allowance refreshes each billing period, and a daily limit keeps one busy afternoon from emptying the month. A paid plan can add a credit pack in the app: 2,000, 5,500 or 12,000 credits, used after your plan's allowance, spent only while you have a paid plan, and valid for twelve months. You can switch to your own model at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. A plan you buy in the app renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your plan keeps working to the end of the period you paid for, then you continue on the free plan. Cancel in Google Play's subscriptions if you subscribed there, in the app's plan settings if you paid through Razorpay, or email [email protected] if our team arranged your plan.
Can I get a refund?
All payments are final, including partial periods and unused credits. Your statutory rights under consumer law are unaffected. The refund policy sets out the details, including purchases made through an app store.
What happens when my plan ends?
OpenAlly cloud AI, image generation and publishing to a hosted address stop, and you keep working with your own model or one on your device. A hosted address stops serving and no part of your app runs there; everything you built, and the links served from your own device, are untouched. WhatsApp Business keeps your history and account controls while sending and AI pause. Your agent's mailbox stays readable and can be erased, but stops sending. Credit-pack credits can be spent only during a paid plan and expire twelve months after purchase. Nothing you built on your device goes away.
Is WhatsApp Business included?
Yes, with every Premium plan. Connect your business number through Meta's signup, put an agent on it for sales, appointments and support, and take over any conversation. Meta bills its messaging charges to you directly. The WhatsApp Business page explains how it works.
Is Web to App part of Premium?
No. Web to App is free on every plan: it turns a website you run into a signed Android app. A plan adds two conveniences: a hosted address, which is one way to give an App Builder app the fixed https address packaging needs, and image credits for an AI-drawn icon.

Uptime, and nothing else. Where do Premium replies run?
OpenAlly cloud AI replies are worked out on servers outside your device, and a reply receives the context it needs to answer, such as the record you asked about. Your business records and the keys you bring are stored on your device; notes in the Notes app are also kept in your account so they reach your other devices. We keep usage totals, not the text of your prompts or replies, and we do not promise which country a reply is handled in or an uptime figure.
