Capabilities
What it does
Connect a mailbox and your agent files, drafts and waits. Walk the six screens it actually ships.
- Any IMAP mailboxGmail, Outlook, iCloud, or any IMAP server. Mail is cached on the device, never synced to our cloud, and the app password is sealed in the device vault.
- Labels you describe in a sentenceA label is a name plus a line about what belongs there. The agent reads that description when it decides where a message goes. You are writing the rule, not training a model.
- Replies in your voiceGreeting, sign-off, formality and a signature, with a Learn my style pass over how you already write. Your own edits are kept as overrides.
- Nothing sends itselfAuto-draft writes a reply and holds it in Drafts. Guardrails (never-say phrases, senders to skip, topics that always need you) hold a draft for review rather than silently sending it.
- Per-agent mailbox accessGive a sub-agent read, draft or label rights on one mailbox and withhold send. An agent that reads and drafts but can never hit send is a normal thing to build here.
- On-device mailboxesMessages, labels and drafts live on the phone. Disconnecting a mailbox removes its cached mail from the device and leaves the mail on the server.
Walkthrough
The actual flow
Every screen below is a replica of Email built from the app's own strings, step through it.
Could you send over the handover notes before Friday? Happy to jump on a call if that is faster.
Sending the handover notes across today. You will have them well before Friday. Happy to talk it through if a call is easier.

Any mailbox, and the password never travels
Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, or any IMAP server. The password is stored only in the sealed vault on this device. It is not synced, and it never reaches us.
What happens when mail arrives
Both, one, or neither. Nothing is ever sent for you, every draft waits for your review, and automated mail and no-reply addresses are skipped.
The guardrails it writes under
A draft that trips a rule is held for review, never silently sent.
Filed on arrival, into exactly one label
A label is a name plus a sentence about what belongs there. The agent reads that description when it decides where a message goes. You are writing the rule, not training a model.

AI drafts are never sent until you review and confirm. The last keystroke is yours.

Where it lives
Opens as its own screen in the app. Your AI can drive it too, so you can either tap through it yourself or just ask.
What it needs
Nothing special. It runs anywhere OpenAlly does.
What your AI uses
