What it does
Records, medicines and prescriptions in a vault on your device, where every way in is gated on you, not the agent.
- Reads the health data you allow, never writes backOn Android, import from Health Connect; on iPhone, import from Apple Health. Mac keeps the same local vault for records you add yourself. Nothing is written back to a health store.
- Medicines you have to verifyAnything added by import, OCR or sync starts as Needs verify and stays inactive until you confirm it. Each row says where it came from, added by you, from a health store, or from a document.
- Prescriptions are quarantinedImported prescription text is held apart until you attest identity. Only then can it inform medicines or reports, and it can seed a medicine draft you still confirm yourself.
- Reminders that leak nothingA medicine schedule compiles to a notification with a PHI-free title, so what is on your lock screen does not name what you take.
- The assistant proposes; you decideSuggestions from your agent arrive as change requests to accept or reject. Nothing an assistant suggests reaches the vault on its own.
- Cloud models are off until you say soHealth features stay on-device unless you turn on the remote-model consent, which is recorded when you grant it and revocable at any time.
Walkthrough
The actual flow
Every screen below is a replica of Health built from the app's own strings, step through it.
Look at my recent Health measurements for this period and summarise coverage and evidence, do not diagnose.
Three readings in your records have no metric to file under.
Today's snapshot
Android example: Health Connect · synced 2h ago · 3 of 4 metrics. Records, medicines, prescriptions and reports all live in one vault on the device.
It reads. It does not write back.
Categories you allow are read into your on-device vault. Nothing is written back to Health Connect, and deleting the vault leaves the originals untouched.
Imported is not active
Anything added by import, OCR or sync starts as Needs verify and stays inactive until you confirm it. Its reminder compiles to a PHI-free notification title.
Quarantined until you attest
New intake is held apart. You attest identity before a prescription can inform Medicines or reports, and only then can it seed a medicine draft you still confirm yourself.
Change request
Three readings in your records have no metric to file under.
Suggestions from your agent arrive as change requests. Nothing an assistant suggests reaches the vault on its own, and the review prompt ends: do not diagnose.

Where it lives
Opens as its own screen in the app. Your AI can drive it too, so you can either tap through it yourself or just ask.
What it needs
Nothing special. It runs anywhere OpenAlly does.
What your AI uses
This skill teaches your agent how to drive Health.
